The lead time for a personalised product is approximately 5 working days. The estimated delivery time can be found on the product page itself.
Once the product is ready, it will be shipped using the shipping method selected at the time of purchase. Delivery times will vary depending on your destination. Please see the Shipping and Delivery page for more information.
For photo packs, you upload the files yourself and see the preview, we just take care of the printing.
For personalised posters, please note that we will always email you a preview, as we need your approval to start the process. You can also make changes and speak directly to our designer.
We accept a variety of payment methods including credit cards, debit cards and payments via secure online platforms such as PayPal. We also offer payment by instalments through Klarna.
